Only a few openings remain for the 50th Annual Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing which will take place on Thursday, August 17th.  The shotgun start tournament is scheduled to take place at Edgewood in Drums at 11 am. Registration begins at 9 am.

Registration includes 18 holes of golf and a cart, gift for each golfer, prior to shotgun start coffee, donuts, bloody mary's and mimosas. On-course expo all day with businesses setup at the tees providing giveaways, food, drinks, snacks, games and more. An on-course hospitality tent with the famous ‘Chamber Chili Dogs", snacks, beer and drinks. After the round of golf there is a one-hour premium open bar and hors d' oeuvre reception followed by a full buffet dinner and awards program, where trophies will be given out for championship, first and second flight, men's longest drive, women's longest drive, closest to the pin and closest to the pin second shot on the green. A 50/50 raffle prize winner will be awarded and over $2,000 in prizes will also be given away. 

Additional tournament events include a Hole in One Contest sponsored by Berger Family Dealerships, which includes a chance to win a 2 year lease on a 2017 Buick Encore, a 4 day/3 night golf vacation at a selected Fairmont Resort, a $2000 in complimentary golf courtesy of teeoff.com and a TravisMatthew - head to toe signature outfit plus $500 online shopping spree; a $5000 Putting Contest, Mulligans, "Lob a Grenade" game and a Pot of Gold Contest. 

The special on-course business exposition will feature Chamber member businesses who are invited to set up at each tee and provide samples, information, refreshments, food and more. Limited spaces are remaining and the cost is $150.
