The Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce is offering a program entitled Create a Matrix Map: An Important Tool for Mission Focused Businesses on Tuesday, January 16th.

The Matrix Map is a visual tool that plots all of the organization's activities -- not just its programs -- into a single, compelling image. By illustrating the organization's business model -- through a picture of all activities and the financial and mission impact of each one -- it supports genuinely strategic discussions. Join us for a thought provoking session that you can take back to your board or staff to evaluate. As an option you can come with a list of activities and programs and an annual profit and loss report.

The program will take place on Tuesday, January 16th from 9 am to 10:15 am at the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce office, which is located inside Hayden Tower at 8 W. Broad Street, Mezzanine Level Suite 1490 in Downtown Hazleton. Registration is $10 for Chamber members and $15 for non Chamber members.
