Only a few openings remain for the 54^th Annual Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing which will take place on Thursday, August 19^th.  The shotgun start tournament is scheduled to take place at Blue Ridge Golf Club in Mountaintop at 11 am. Registration begins at 9:30 am.

Registration includes 18 holes of golf and a cart, gift for each golfer, prior to shotgun start coffee, donuts, bloody mary's and mimosas. On-course expo all day with businesses setup at the tees providing giveaways, food, drinks, snacks, games and more. An on-course hospitality tent with the famous ‘Chamber Chili Dogs", snacks, beer and drinks. After the round of golf there is a one-hour premium open bar and hors d' oeuvre reception followed by a full buffet dinner and awards program, where trophies will be given out for championship, first and second flight, men's longest drive, women's longest drive, closest to the pin and closest to the pin second shot on the green. A 50/50 raffle prize winner will be awarded and over prizes will also be given away.

Additional tournament events include three Hole in One Contest featuring a $5000 cash prize; a $5000 Putting Contest, Mulligans, "Lob a Grenade" game and a Pot of Gold Contest.

The special on-course business exposition will feature Chamber member businesses who are invited to set up at each tee and provide samples, information, refreshments, food and more. Participants to date include: Sand Springs Country Club, Barry Isett Associates, Eye Care Specialists, Lehigh Valley Hospital – Hazleton, H&K Group, Peters Consultants, ServPRO, Best Cigar Prices, Providence Place Retirement Community, Luzerne Bank, Sacco Chiropractic, St. Lukes Physical Therapy.
