DID YOU KNOW? PennDOT regulations for vehicle control and safety procedures have changed. All personnel controlling traffic on PA highways MUST BE certified under PennDOT Publication 213 - Temporary Traffic Control Guidelines.
WHO must be certified? Anyone who has flagging responsibilities, including municipal road crews, fire police, utility company personnel, landscapers, mowers - anyone controlling vehicle traffic and lane restrictions.
What are certification requirements?
