Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce

A top concern for business owners is the rising cost of energy.  To help local businesses save money and mitigate increases, the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce has through its ChamberChoice program, enlisted OnDemand Energy as a consultant for their highly successful energy program.

The Greater Hazleton Chamber is offering an information session for businesses who would like to learn more about this cost-saving program and to provide an update for those businesses who are already taking advantage of the program.  The free “lunch and learn” seminar will take place on Tuesday, July 17th at Noon at the Chamber offices.  Chamber President Donna Palermo states, “Whether or not you have or have not shopped, we have the ability to help you.  For businesses not in a contract, bring your two most recent electric bills.  For those currently under contract, we will evaluate your contracts and make recommendations based upon language and market conditions.  Now is the time to lock in historical low rates.  There is no cost or obligation to this service.  This is a value-added chamber-member benefit.”   Reservations are necessary by calling the Chamber by Friday, July 14th at (570) 455-1509 to reserve your seat, or by signing up online.
