Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce recognized one of their longest-standing members of the Chamber at the Chamber’s monthly board meeting on June 11th.  Dryfoos Insurance Company, Inc., who joined the Chamber in June of 1922, was presented a special certificate of appreciation for their 90 years of supporting the Chamber through their membership.

Atty. Elizabeth Maguschak, Chamber Chair, made the presentation during the start of the board meeting recognizing the outstanding contribution that Dryfoos has made to the Chamber, not only through their financial support, but by serving on many committee and boards throughout the company’s long history with the Chamber.  Most recently, Lew Dryfoos, III served as chairman of the organization from 2010-2012 and previously he served on the board from 2002-2005 and as a vice chairman from 2005-2010.
