GHHA operates inpatient care and emergency services at its Broad Street campus, a 160-bed community hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission for Hospitals and Healthcare Organizations. It offers a newly renovated intensive care unit and 20-bed inpatient mental health unit.
A two-story Annex Building was constructed at the hospital to house a new, state-of-the-art laboratory, medical records department, medical library and more. Inside the hospital, a Step-Down Unit serves patients who are transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit.

In 2007, GHHA opened its Hazleton Health & Wellness Center. The Health & Wellness Center is the first of its kind in northeastern Pennsylvania. This one-stop facility houses a variety of medical services such as an advanced surgery center, diagnostic imaging services (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, General X-ray, and PET), women’s imaging services (mammography and bone density), physical, occupational and speech therapy, cardiac testing and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal institute, blood work/laboratory services, wound care center, occupational health program, and multi-discipline physician offices.
All of these medical areas are complemented by an in-house pharmacy, a fully equipped, modern fitness center, personal trainers, custom-designed and supervised fitness programs, weight management programs, post rehabilitation exercise, and community education resources.
Greater Hazleton is home to a growing number of highly-respected private practices specializing in the fields of family medicine, pediatric care, chiropractic care, allergists, dermatology and optometry.
Imaging and radiology services are available at the Health & Wellness Center, Hazleton Imaging and Hazleton Radiology Associates.
GHHA also offers patient shuttle vans, which provide people with rides to the hospital, outpatient centers and area physicians' offices at no charge.
