Chamber President named to Board of Directors for
The Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce Executives
The Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce Executives (PCCE) is pleased
to announce that Donna Palermohas been appointed
toits 2007 Board of Directors. Ms. Palermo
is the president of the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce and
has been nominated by the membership to serve a three-year term.
PCCE
is the professional development organization for Chambers of Commerce’s
throughout Pennsylvania based in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. PCCE
represents some 145 local chambers in nearly every county that
collectively represent some 120,000 businesses throughout Pennsylvania.
The
mission of PCCE is to support and enhance the chamber profession
and increased the vitality of the local chambers. PCCE works
with the local chambers to provide them with the resources and
development they need to be successful in their respective communities. Resources
like strategic planning, community visioning, staff development,
resources for small business, legislative advocacy and marketing
their Chamber in the community and region.

am thrilled to have Donna joining our Board of Directors. Donna
brings a wealth of knowledge about Chambers and a great insight
that will be very helpful to our membership. Donna and the
Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce have been great supporters
and contributors to PCCE and I look forward to continuing that
partnership,” said Rob Fulton, President of PCCE.
PCCE
is celebrating its 35th year of serving the Local Chamber community. “We
look forward to continuing to make a difference in this profession
and supporting great Chambers like the Greater Hazleton Chamber
of Commerce.”
