Chamber to Sponsor “Advanced Recordkeeping” Seminar Plan to attend an informative seminar entitled “Advanced Recordkeeping.” The seminar, presented by Chuck Pierce, business consultant, Wilkes University Small Business Development Center, is cosponsored by the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce. The seminar is geared toward small business owners and managers and is designed to offer a more thorough understanding of financial statements and better insight into the bottom line. Ratio analysis and calculating cost of goods sold will also be covered. The seminar will take place on Thursday, October 18, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce offices located at Citiscape, 20 W. Broad Street, Downtown Hazleton. Cost to attend the seminar is $15 for Chamber members and $20 for non-Chamber members.
