Chamber to Offer Marketing & Sales 101 Seminar The Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce is offering a seminar entitled “Marketing & Sales 101”. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, June 12th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the Chamber Office which is located at 20 West Broad Street, Citiscape, in downtown Hazleton. The Wilkes University Small Business Development Center will be presenting the seminar and the cost to attend is $15.00 for Chamber members and $20.00 for non-Chamber members. This price includes materials and a continental breakfast. The seminar will cover the basics of sales and marketing. A review of external influences which effect sales and a look at sources of information on how to differentiate your business will be examined. You will learn how to improve your personal sales steps and customer service while evaluating your businesses market strategies. According to Leann Scatton, Marketing Director, “The Chamber offers several seminars, such as this one, throughout the year on various different business-related topics.
